5. Conclusion of Contract and Payment

A contract is concluded when a service request is confirmed in writing. Prices and payment details are provided upon request.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refund (minus 5% admin fee) if not processed.
• 50% refund if processed but not yet paid to a provider.
• No refund if already paid to the provider.

7. Client Responsibilities

Phonacea is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
